About Us
Crossroads Automotive & Towing is based in Pickerington and serves Fairfield and Franklin Counties. We tow light- and medium-duty vehicles, handle roadside calls, and do mechanic work, a combination most towing companies cannot offer.
The name comes from a simple idea. Every vehicle eventually reaches a point where it will not go any further on its own, and what happens next decides whether the day is a minor inconvenience or a real mess. Our job is making it the first one.
Towing and Automotive, Together
Most tow calls end the same way: your vehicle goes somewhere, you wait, and somebody else tells you what is wrong with it. We built this business so that is not the only option.
Because we do mechanic work as well as towing, the technician at your bumper can often tell you what the problem actually is, and in a fair number of cases fix it right there. Experienced Technicians
The people on our truck have worked on vehicles, not just moved them. Knowing when a wheel lift is fine and when only a flatbed will do is something you learn by doing the work.
It also means we know our limits. If your situation is outside what we handle, we will say so rather than send a truck.

Where and When We Work
